Obesity Causes and Consequences

Obesity is a strange accumulation of fat that threatens health. Obesity is one of the major risk factors for a variety of persistent diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular infections and malignant tumors. There are many factors that cause obesity, including sexual orientation, qualities, age, obese mental cosmetics, environmental factors, and financial cosmetics. Certain illnesses and prescriptions can lead to weight gain and obesity, but these are not the usual reasons for weightlessness than latency and fun. An unbalanced diet, high calorie intake, especially obesity caused by a decrease in carbohydrates (high fat food sources) in the evening, or avoidance of a healthy breakfast and eating more junk cheap foods, all of these muscle vs. fat expansion. The relationship between calorie intake and energy expenditure determines the weight of personality.Lack of energy balance most often leads to overweight and obesity.

Energy balance means that the energy input must be appropriate for the energy output. Inactive people burn fewer calories than active people. A limited range of cases are primarily due to genetic, therapeutic or psychopathic causes. Conversely, an increase in obesity rates at the social level is expected from an effectively open and edible diet.

  • Insufficient sleep
  • Decreased variability in ambient temperature
  • Increased use of medicines that may cause weight gain
  • Endocrine disruptors
