Childhood Obesity
Childhood obesity is a major medical problem in children. It can be caused by high food intake and can be hereditary. Childhood obesity in children can lead to increased mental disguise and despair. Childhood obesity can occur in children, regardless of age or height. Large external intakes of food and drink can also cause obesity and lifestyle problems in children.
As part of normal well-child care, doctors calculate your child's BMI to determine where it is on the BMI for age growth table. BMI helps determine if a child is overweight for age and size. Doctors use growth charts to determine the child's percentile.. For example, if a child is in the 80th percentile, it means that the BMI is 80% lower than other children of the same gender and age.
