OBESITY

Obesity is as abnormal fat accumulation that presents a risk to health.  Overweight and obesity is major risk factors for a number of chronic diseases which includes diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The cause of obesity has many factors such as gender, genes, age, over weight psychological makeup, environmental factors and socioeconomic makeup. Certain medical conditions and medications can promote or cause obesity, although these are much less common causes of obesity than inactivity and overeating. Obesity caused due to imbalanced Diet, high calories diets (high fatty foods) especially in the night, or skipping a healthy breakfast and eating more junk fast food, all of that increase the body fat.
